All of our services to you are provided for free.
In certain circumstances, financial assistance packages are available as an incentive to employ that person, at times this can be as high as $20,000.00 depending on the employee. Funding for workplace modifications may also be available if needed.

If after discussing this with us you decide to give it a go, what next?
We’ll organise interviews for you recommending only the people that we think will do the job for you.
We’ll advise appropriate pay rates and working hours and if you find somebody suitable, we then help you with providing on the job training. In other words, we just don’t leave you with the employee.
This of course means less pressure on your staff and management to provide training.
All this is designed to make it easy and inexpensive for you to hire our job seekers. With IDEAL Placements, your regular costs of advertising, screening and interviewing unsuitable staff will be capably handled by our Staff. We do all that for you, and organise if applicable, the financial assistance packages involved with your new employee.

About Back to Work
Back to Work gives Queensland employers the confidence to take on someone new and the opportunity to grow their business.
Back to Work Regional Employment Package
The Queensland Government’s $305 million Back to Work – Regional Employment Package (Back to Work) is designed to give businesses the confidence to employ eligible jobseeker. Payments of up to $20,000 are available for businesses that employ eligible jobseekers.
Employer Support, Youth Boost and Mature Aged Worker Boost payments are available to employers who meet all the program eligibility criteria.
Employer Support payments of up to $15,000 are available for employers who hire an eligible jobseeker between 1 July 2016 and 30 June 2020.
Youth Boost payments of up to $20,000 are available for employers who hire an eligible jobseeker between 1 December 2016 and 30 June 2020 (subject to the availability of funds).
Mature Aged Worker Boost payments of up to $20,000 are available for employers who hire an eligible jobseeker between 1 January 2018 and 30 June 2018 (subject to the availability for funds)
Financial incentives are available to encourage businesses to hire and retain new employees.
Up to $10,000 (GST inclusive) is available for new employees who are:
- between 15 and 25 years of age;
- Indigenous Australians; or
- 50 years of age and over.
Up to $6,500 (GST inclusive) is available for new employees who are:
- between 25 and 29 years of age;
- parents; or
- individuals who are registered with an employment services provider for 12 months or more.

- Training provided regarding disability or condition to the employment workplace and the staff
- Participant focused service
- Out of hours assistance for participants and employers
- Individualised service
